I had been there for a trip of 10 days with my family. We saw a group of 5 whales that came together to feed for over an hour. The glacier was exceptional, and we saw a mother black bear and two cubs catching and eating salmon, climbing trees, and nursing. Outstanding!

Wonderful! Words cannot describe the awesome experience we had whale-watching during our recent trip to Alaska. Our guide was exceptional, both with knowledge and hospitality! I will highly recommend Dolphin Tours to all of my friends for sure. I love this place and can go there every year if my pocket permits me too. In A Nutshell Alaska is an unparalleled experience. You’re often alone in a beautiful wilderness, lots to see. Unlike the other states.But it can be cold and dark. Or it’s summer and touristy. Also the place can be very expensive.

I would just like to say our holiday to Canada was just fantastic hotels and all the trips where first class, Rocky Mountaineer was out of this world and the Mountain Lakes & Waterfall Tour was breathtaking as you can see we had good holiday. The only negative thing I can say was the transport from Calgary it broke down on the way to Banff.

Aurora Borealis activity in the Fairbanks area is incredible. Best Place. Aurora viewing is best done away from city lights. Hilltops are best, but not required. Aurora viewing is very popular at Cleary Summit, about 19 miles from Fairbanks. There are several lodges good for aurora viewing.
